Account & Registration

Registering on a96 is quick and easy. First, on the Registration page Fill in your full name, mobile number, email, and a strong password. Select your currency (BDT), accept the terms and conditions, and click "Complete Registration". You'll receive an OTP on your mobile — verify it to activate your account.

No, each person may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is against a96's terms. If detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on a96. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. You will be required to confirm your age during registration, and for large withdrawals, identity verification via national ID may be required.

Log in to your account and go to "Profile Settings" to update your name, email, or mobile number. Some changes may require you to contact the support team. OTP verification is needed for updates to sensitive information.
