a96 Terms & Conditions — Full Rules

A96 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of using the Platform. By registering on or using a96, you automatically agree to these terms.

• Each person may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and all funds being forfeited.
• Registration from prohibited countries or regions is not permitted. Please contact Support to find out whether your country or region is restricted.
• Accounts may not be created on behalf of any company or organization — only personal accounts are permitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your a96 account. The key account management rules are outlined below:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Never share them with anyone — including a96's support team.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended. It adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to support@a96.im. a96 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from delayed reporting.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
• To update your personal information, please contact a96 Support and submit the required documentation.

Inactive Accounts: An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as "inactive." Identity verification may be required to reactivate the account.

All financial transactions on a96 are processed transparently and securely. Fast transactions are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The key rules are outlined in the table below:

Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require additional identity verification. a96 reserves the right to place a hold on any payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.

The following rules apply to all betting on a96 — across all categories including cricket, football, tennis, and casino:

• Bet Confirmation: Once you click "Confirm Bet," the bet is considered final. Cancellations are not generally permitted; however, a96 will review cases involving genuine technical issues.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake for the relevant bet will be refunded to the user's account.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet.
• Account Balance: Your account must have sufficient balance to place a bet. Bets will not be accepted if your balance is insufficient.
• Limit Setting: a96 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any betting market. Limits may be reduced if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Odds in live betting may change due to network delays. a96 reserves the right to apply the last confirmed odds in such cases.

A96 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts — even in a family member's name.
• Using multiple identities or devices to claim bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or funnel funds from illegal sources through a96.
• Hacking, phishing, or carrying out any other form of cyberattack against a96's systems.
• Placing bets in fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Impersonating an a96 officer or member of the support team.

A96 strives to deliver services to the highest standard. However, a96's liability is limited in the following areas:

• a96 is not liable for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or network outages, but will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
• a96 is not directly liable for transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banking issues.
• a96 is not liable for any loss arising from a user sharing their account credentials with others.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold a96 harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their own breach of these rules or fraudulent conduct.

A96 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.
